Mukteshwar - The Apple Country

Mukteshwar is a pleasing destination situated at an elevation of 2285 meters above sea level in Nainital district of Uttarakhand state, 51 km from Nainital, 72 km from Haldwani, and 343 km from Delhi. Mukteshwar got its name from a 350-year-old temple Mukteshwar Dham whose residing deity is Lord Shiva. Mukteshwar Temple is believed to be one among the 18 important Shiv Temples. 

The top of the mountain on which Mukteshwar Temple stands offers astonishing and marvellous views of the imposing Himalayan range.

This region is also home to 18 species of mammals, nearly 200 species of birds, 15 kinds of fruit trees and more than 75 varieties of flowers.

Da belle Vue is a gorgeous house that offers a 180-degree panoramic view of the heaven touching peaks of the snow laden Himalayas, and guess what? It comes with a caretaker with amazing cooking skills. It is in the Parvada village of Nainital district of Uttarakhand. Far from the flurry of tourists, yet easily accessible and near other major tourist attractions - Mukteshwar, Nainital, Naukuchiyatal etc. You can enjoy zoomed up views of the Trishul-Nanda Devi Peaks or the pitter patter of the rainy season or just sit back and experience the sheer serenity of the place. Follow your own hike trail or grab your favourite book by the fireplace.

It is a fully furnished duplex chalet with 2 large bedrooms with attached bathroom and 2 common living, bar, dining space and a backyard. The house is well insulated with German UPVC Windows and doors installed, which guarantees a noise and weather insulated experience. This helps you experience all the weathers without the cold/rain/ice entering the house.

Living Room 1: A modern large Living Room with Kitchen and a Bar Counter with French window offering uninterrupted view of the Himalayas and the valley, with large couch with a space to lay down and gaze at the beautiful views outside. The Living room has a large 55 Inch TV with attached Bluetooth sound bar. The room has an Austrian Wooden Fireplace as a Centre place which will make sure you’ll have a cosy stay while looking at the views. The room opens to a large balcony with Himalayan view where we arrange bonfires/barbeques, on request.

Bedroom 1: Is a spacious Room on the Ground Floor painted with hue of white, with built in Cabinets, a study table, Attached Bathroom. The room has a extended private sitting space with view to the Himalayas and the valley. Extra Bed provision is possible.

Living Room 2: A Modern cosy small Living Room with a set of Cosy Sofa Sets and Coffee Tables and overlooking the valley and our inhouse plantation with a 43 Inch TV. This room opens to the balcony which leads to an open sit out area where we can arrange for you to chill and enjoy uninterrupted view to the Himalayas and the valley, Barbeque and Bonfires can be arranged on request.

Bedroom 2: Is a spacious Room on the Lower Ground Floor painted with hue of white, with built in Cabinets, a study table, Attached Bathroom. The room has a French window setup with a clear view to the Himalayas and the valley. Extra bed provision is possible.

Access to the cottage is based on the booking done. You have private access to the entire cottage if you have booked the entire cottage.

1) The kitchen is managed by our caretaker.

2) House rules apply.

3) Guests can order from the set menu of home-cooked food (can be customized as per guests' choice). As much as we would like to cater to every request of yours please be aware there are some limitation for the caretaker to fulfil those requests.

4) Special discounts on meals for guests on long term stay.

5) Guests on long term stay may use the kitchen on payment of utility charges.

1) Access to the cottage is based on the booking done. You have private access to the entire cottage if you have booked the entire cottage.

2) The bedrooms to be used will only be opened for guests. e.g. if the number of guests is 2, only one guest bedroom will be kept open. If the number of guests is 5, 2 guest bedrooms will be opened etc.
